Our Story
Crinken Church (St James’ Church) began in 1840 through the vision and generosity of Hannah Magan and Margaret Clarke. Since then, generations have worshipped here, not just in a building, but as a family bound together by God’s love in Jesus Christ. Our history is rich, but our focus remains forward-looking: to see lives transformed by the gospel.
