Growing Leaders

Research shows that growing, healthy churches have effective leadership at every level; from small group leaders to the minister.
Growing Leaders is a course that seeks to develop Christian leaders on a biblical pattern. Over a year, its unique mix of teaching, mentoring and practical application focuses on:
- leadership rooted in Christ
- deepening commitment to long-term service
- essential skills for the task.
It is designed for those already in leadership, as well as those who would like to explore their suitability for leadership roles. It is ideal for Youth and Children’s leaders, Home group leaders, Vestry members, or leaders of ministry groups.
The sessions don’t focus on the specifics of leading a particular type of group, but rather the characteristics and skills of Christian leadership that are part of all leadership roles.
